Wednesday evening we hooked up with good friends from Sweden and Australia. We spend a few fun hours together and than off to bed as the alarm was waking us up early due to an early start in the ring next morning. 

Around 220 Springers was entered under judge Mr. Frank Kane - we brought five of them, "Amigo" Ch. Sieger's Pure Gold, "Kenzo" Ch. Sieger's Match Point, both entered in open class, "Dixon" Cardhu Ain't Got You whos was in Yearling class, "Keyla" Ch. Lordsett White Angel was in Open bitch class and last our "Frida" Ch. Sieger's Rumor Said Fire who was in Special Working class.

We are really pleased with our results. "Amigo" was our star of the day being placed as 2nd in open class and ended up as Reserve CC Winner - in Scandinavian terms this would haven been 2nd best male. "Dixon" was placed as 3rd in Yearling class in a class of 21. "Kenzo" and "Keyla" both did a good job in open class but got no placement. "Frida" won Special Working class, which was no surprise as she was the only entered in that class.   

We would like to congratulate all winners with their lovely wins. We are grateful for all the wonderful comments and gratulations we got during the day and the following days.

The biggest thanks to our two special friends, Tinne and Birgit. Without you girls driving the car with the dogs, allowing Jessie and I to fly, it wouldn't have been possible for us to go this year. A thanks to Kasia, knl. Lordsett, for helping showing Kenzo - you looked great together.

It was lovely to catch up with so many friends and ESS enthusiasts from all over the world and we were happy to see some great looking Springers. We are so happy to be able to visit Crufts again next year :)
